Yes. This is not a generic plan. Every client receives a fully customized strategy built around their body, lifestyle, and goals — with weekly private coaching to ensure progress and adjustments.
No. Medical support is optional. Results come from structured training, nutrition, and accountability. Medical weight loss or peptides are only added if appropriate and desired.
