This membership is for women who want to train on their own schedule while following Nadia’s guidance and custom fitness programming.

There are no private coaching calls and no mindset or identity work in this program.

The focus is fitness execution, consistency, and frequency -the fundamentals that drive results.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Results come from showing up consistently and training with frequency — following a clear, structured plan.

This membership removes guesswork and inconsistency so your workouts are done regularly and correctly.

When the structure is followed, results are expected.
