Certain. I competed. I stepped on stage. Not to prove anything — but to prove to myself that I was capable of more. Then life tested me again.
Divorce happened. I found myself completely on my own, rebuilding my life from scratch in a new country. No safety net. No backup plan. Just my skills, my discipline, and my ability to move forward. I didn’t complain.

I understood that my daughter wouldn’t learn confidence from words.
She would learn it from how I lived.
How I treated my body.

No. Medical support is optional. Results come from structured training, nutrition, and accountability. Medical weight loss or peptides are only added if appropriate and desired.
